1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: Typically between 10 and 45 minutes once the request is approved.

Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances that require an alternative method. jj9pm does not bear any transaction fees that may be charged by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal requests are subject to internal compliance review. jj9pm reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there are signs of suspicious activity or a breach of these terms.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

jj9pm offers a welcome bonus of 100% on the first deposit up to RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus value before any withdrawal from bonus funds can be processed.

Example wagering requirement calculation:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Account balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 15 = RM1,500
• Deposit RM3,200 → Bonus RM1,500 → Account balance RM4,700 → Wagering requirement: RM1,500 × 15 = RM22,500

Additional terms related to bonuses:

• Each account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• jj9pm reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there are signs of promotion abuse.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account under any circumstances.
